About the Instructors
David Ikonomou's teaching is inspired by over 15 years of experience in practicing various styles of Hatha Yoga and Meditation. His teaching style emphasizes the cultivation of awareness, breathing and alignment, and is adjusted to the individual student’s needs. He lives on Rhodes teaching Yoga since 2011. Christof Schnepp studied the yogic philosophy directly in India and realized that many of the big world philosophies, religions, and views of life blend into each other like pieces of a big puzzle. His yoga teacher and Shaman Jutta Quja Hartmann, over many years guided him through ceremonies, seminars and healing work, which helped him a lot in learning about him and the world. In 2009, he decided to become a yoga teacher and taught his first course. For more info visit: http://www.wie-ein-baum.de/.
